Heat 103, Thunder 97: LeBron James racked up 29 points, nine assists and eight rebounds and Chris Bosh had a pivotal slam dunk in the final minute as host Miami won its fifth straight game.

James found Bosh uncovered in the paint and the All-Star power forward made no mistake, converted a two-handed dunk to give Miami a 98-95 lead with 25.5 seconds remaining. Thunder star Kevin Durant answered with a foul-line jumper to make it a one-point game, but Ray Allen converted two free throws and Oklahoma City missed two game-tying 3-point attempts.

Durant had 33 points and seven rebounds while Russell Westbrook added 21 points and 11 boards in a rematch of last year's NBA Finals, won by the Heat in five games.

The Heat nearly squandered all of an early 15-3 lead, but Mario Chalmers helped boost the advantage back to double digits with a long 3-pointer and a short jumper as part of a 12-point opening quarter. A Kevin Martin layup tied the game at 39 with 7:33 left in the first half, but Durant picked up his third foul with just over three minutes left and James scored nine late points to lead Miami into the break with a 54-48 lead.

A 10-0 run capped by a Durant three-point play gave the Thunder their first advantage of the game early in the third quarter, and the teams exchanged leads until a pair of James free throws put Miami up 73-72 entering the fourth. Chalmers poured in five straight points to extend the Heat lead to seven, but the Thunder chipped away to set the stage for the thrilling finish.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Oklahoma City had a decided advantage at the free-throw line in the opening half, taking 19 foul shots compared to just two by the Heat. ... Miami G Dwyane Wade briefly left the game late in the third quarter with a leg cramp after falling hard underneath the basket. Miami trainers quickly attended to Wade, who left the court on his own power. ... Heat F Shane Battier avoided a flagrant foul despite making hard contact with Westbrook, who tumbled into the stanchion holding up the net. Players from both teams exchanged words and shoves, resulting in technical fouls for Wade and Thunder F Serge Ibaka.
